Visualizing Your Experience

Everything has an end. And so does this beautiful journey of the Amal Fellowship. Going back to memory lane, when this journey started, I had no idea how things will go, in which direction the path will take me, and how farther?

I never thought I would be comfortable talking about my weaknesses and reflect on my goals smartly. As my experience includes being vocal, show gratitude, discuss goals with others, do little acts of kindness for people around myself and be creative in your work. I was excited at the start of this fellowship because I wasn’t sure what I should expect from the fellowship in terms of growth. I was nervous as well because I thought I wouldn’t be able to manage my study with the fellowship. But I was wrong about it because a person can only be limited if they have set their boundaries else you might have heard “The Sky is Not the Limit”. In the first 2 weeks, I have learned that we can always spare a few hours for other activities to grow out of our comfort zones. I got to know about the Amal values like Honesty, Acceptance, and Growth. I learned to fix stuff around myself for creating a sense of positivity. Additionally, I grasped the concept of “Why” behind my personal and professional goals.

When I feel down, I go to the roof of my house as it gives me pleasure. I just feel everything like the fragrance of air, soil and enjoy the scene of passing the orange train as you see the track of the train in the picture. As this picture reminds me of the first 2 weeks of Amal academy, there are many ups and downs in life but the thing that matters is your attitude instead of excuses.

If I say that life is all about adventures it won’t be wrong. Everyday comes with a new sun, new chance, new hope and a whole new you. Everyday give you a chance to be a better version of yourself. Everyday you get to know something new about you. The process of discovering yourself continues and will stay the same till your last breath. You go to various places everyday, you interact with people of different natures, some of them make you feel good and some of them hurt you intentionally or unintentionally but that is what we call life. It is just like a moving train, it stops on different stations. Many people join you at a station and some leave you there.

This journey of Fellowship sets us on a course of lifelong learning and who knows what we will find and learn. Every fellow that I have had the pleasure of knowing taught me a valuable lesson, unique in its own way. My circle members trusted me enough to be their leader and helped me manage everything. Everything has to end someday, while it’s hard to say goodbye to the people I’ve grown to love but the thought that I’ll always have their prayers, support, and thoughts with me, satisfies me to no end. I will be taking a lot of good memories, great friends, and lessons with me. May we meet again, circle 5 and batch 164 ?huhh ?
